Psy, an ardent Hitchcock admirer who fashioned his name after the thriller 'Psycho had rocked major events like super league games and political party games, 'the shake' had got many institutions shaking. The Harlem Shake is actually a short 1-minute snippet which starts in a setting of office or organization where one character (with a mask) would be dancing alone to an instrumental techno beat music while the rest would be buried in their own work.
